- Does the program have any medical restrictions conditions?

- Does the program have any age limitations?

- Do I have to pay a deductible?

- When can I start using the benefits?

- How does TransAmerican Health offer such benefits?
Our discount healthcare program enables members to access similar rates
that healthcare providers charge wholesale customers such as Preferred
Provider Organizations (PPO) or large insurance plans. The difference
is that instead of financing the medical expenses of members by charging
high monthly rates, members agree to pay a discounted fee to the provider
directly at the time of service. Many members choose a discount card to
complement their health insurance program, filling in gaps, such as prescription
drug benefits, dental, physician & hospital or vision care.
- Does the program include your family or just you?
TransAmerican Health covers yourself and everyone in the household.
- Will I receive an identification card?
TransAmerican Health will provide you with two (2) laminated identification
cards as well as a welcome kit which will list several providers in your
area.
- Companies selling Discount Health Programs may not guarantee
advertised services.

TransAmerican Health has made it easy for you to locate providers by using
the toll free number on the back of your membership card to call customer
service or by using our online provider listings. Our provider list is
updated daily.
- Some Discount Health Programs may not be discounted as advertised.
Hidden fees, such as administrative fees for each use of the card, may
reduce or effectively erase the advertised discount.
TransAmerican Health does not have any hidden fees. The only fee that
is paid is your monthly or yearly program agreement.
- Will I be required to prepay services or pay at the time of
service?
TransAmerican Health Program requires that you pay at the time of service.
- Will I receive discounts for emergency services?
TransAmerican Health Program requires that members register within 48
hours of emergency room admittance. A representative will coordinate all
of the resources and negotiate with the provider/facility for a contracted
savings.
- Will I receive discounts when traveling?
TransAmerican Health Program has a nationwide provider network.
- Do health care services have to be preauthorized?
TransAmerican Health Program requires that hospital visits members MUST
pre-register before any procedure(s) are performed. A representative will
coordinate all of the resources and negotiate with the provider/facility
for a contracted savings.
- Will I receive regular statements outlining my savings?
TransAmerican Health Program members must ask the practitioners themselves
for the savings.
- Can I pay the fee monthly rather than on annual basis?
TransAmerican Health allows you to choose monthly or yearly.
- Is the membership fee refundable if I cancel the membership
at any time?
The member can cancel at anytime they have an active membership. TransAmerican
Health has a 100% satisfaction 30 day money back guarantee. If a member
is not satisfied with their membership within the first 30 days after
purchase, we issue a 100% refund.
- What do I have to do to cancel my membership?
TransAmerican Health Program requires that you call the toll free number
for customer service to cancel your membership.
- Does the program have a toll free number for a 24-hour customer
service line or web site? If not, during what hours can I call for assistance?
• TransAmerican Health does not have a 24 hour
customer service but our customer center is open 6 days a week.
• Toll-free customer service number Monday through
Friday 7AM to 7 PM and Saturday 8AM to 5PM. 1-800-800-7616
• Members can leave a voice message after hours
and calls are returned within 24 business hours.
- Does the Discount Health Program share or sell my personal
information with other companies when I become a member?
TransAmerican Health takes your privacy very seriously. Be assured we
do not sell, rent or in any way violate the privacy of our Member’s

- Verify with the health care providers that they are participating
in the program.
TransAmerican Health Program may not have a specific practitioner that
you want although we do have over 350,000 in the program. If you have
a specific doctor that you require call our customer service to identify
if they are a part of our program.
- What type of discounts can members expect to receive?
TransAmerican Health Program does have significant savings but to review

- How does the doctor know that they are to give me a discount?
TransAmerican Health is part of a national provider network and they have
agreed to accept the card. The information you provide them from the back
of the card identifies the network.
- Will all of the providers recognize the TransAmerican Health
name?
TransAmerican Health provider network is over 350,000 practitioners so
they may not recognize the name but the information on the back of the
card will identify the program.
- Will the TransAmerican Health Program work even if I have insurance?
TransAmerican Health Program may be used in conjunction with services
not covered by your current insurance, with policies that have high deductibles
or that charge flat-fees for hospital stays. There are many types of insurance
coverage and it is not possible to offer advice on how the program works
in combination with all of the various types of insurance coverage.
