If a member is not satisfied with their membership within the first 30 days after purchase, we issue a 100% refund.

If a member used the discount program six (6) times during the membership year and the saving doesn’t exceed the enrollment price, we will happily issue a full refund upon request. We simply ask that you show that you’ve used the program.
